Every 12 to 18 months, depending on foot traffic, pets, allergies and spills. Busy areas and homes with pets may need more frequent cleaning.

Will cleaning damage my rug?
No. We use gentle, effective methods matched to your rug’s material and condition, so fibres, colours and dyes are protected.
Can you remove tough stains and odours?
Yes — including pet stains, food spills and smoke. Some stains need more than one treatment, but we achieve excellent results in most cases.
Do you clean rugs on-site?
